Rocket Digital Limited("we", "our", "us") operates SelfAI – AI Photo Studio (the "App") on iOS, Android, and the web at selfaiportrait.com and app.selfaiphoto.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the controls you have.

- Photos you upload: selfies and reference images used to render AI portraits.
- Account data: email, sign-in method, subscription status (handled via RevenueCat), device identifiers.
- Usage data: pages and features used, timestamps, crashes, IP, approximate region, device, OS, app version.
- Generated outputs: the AI photos returned to you, and prompts you submit.
- Support data: messages and attachments you send to hello@rocketdigital.ai.
How We Use It
- To render AI photos you request.

- To process subscriptions, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- To analyse aggregated usage and measure marketing performance.
Third-Party Services
SelfAI uses the following processors:
- RevenueCat — subscription management.
- Firebase (Google) — auth, crash reporting, app messaging.
- Google AdMob — advertising on free tiers (where applicable).
- OpenAI — generative model inference.
- Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure and AI services.
- Replicate — image generation models.
- Fal.ai — image generation models.
- Google Analytics — aggregated web analytics.
- Meta Pixel — marketing measurement on the website.
Each processor handles data under its own privacy policy. We share only the data necessary for the listed purpose.

Data Retention
Account and billing data are retained while your account is active and as required for legal/financial compliance. Uploaded selfies and generated outputs are retained for the period needed to deliver the service and can be deleted on request.

Subject to the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, port, restrict, or delete your data (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar). Children's Privacy
SelfAI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted data, contact us and we will delete it.

SelfAI is operated from Hong Kong. Data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions where our processors operate (including the United States and the EEA) under appropriate safeguards.
