SelfAI – AI Photo Studio Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using SelfAI – AI Photo Studio ("the App"), provided by Rocket Digital Limited("we"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data and for activity under your account. Notify us at hello@rocketdigital.ai of any unauthorised access. You must be at least 13 (or the higher age required by your local law) to use the App.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. We retain all rights not granted.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload photos of people without their consent.
• Do not use the App to impersonate others, evade identity verification, or create deceptive media.
• Do not upload illegal content, including content that sexualises minors or violates someone's privacy.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium features are sold via subscription, processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web billing partner (RevenueCat). Subscriptions auto-renew at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Manage and cancel through the platform you subscribed on.

6. AI-Generated Content

You retain rights to selfies you upload. Subject to applicable law, you receive a worldwide license to use AI photos generated for you, for any lawful purpose. You agree not to use AI photos to (a) misrepresent another person, (b) create content depicting minors inappropriately, (c) defame or harass anyone, or (d) violate any law.

AI outputs may resemble the work of other photographers or models; you remain responsible for ensuring the use of any output complies with applicable rights and laws.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AI output quality is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50 — whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket Digital Limited against any claim arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hong Kong, subject to mandatory consumer-law rights in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the App after the change constitutes acceptance.
